My first experience with Twitter was back in 2009 as part of a summer technology training for candidates of the Clovis Online School. I was running for a part-time technology teacher position. I was learning new educational applications of technology including Moodle, wikis, RSS feeds, etc. Twitter was the prime social media that we needed to learn and connect to almost instantly. I was motivated to learn something new and how it could be used for educational purposes. I was widely impressed with how Twitter worked and how simple it was to use. I signed up and created a profile: http://twitter.com/coolhanddesigns. I have not done too much with it since then and I have barely updated it. I have lost interest and I just have found it to be boring!
